"I was extremely impressed with Nina and Savannah during the process of placing and receiving my Weis2Go order. I placed a large online order for pickup on 1/23/26 in preparation for returning to work next week, following my maternity leave. Naturally, it aligned with the anticipated monstrous snow storm, which meant they were swamped with orders and low on products. I noticed an issue with my order, so l called the customer service desk to get clarification and see if there was a fix. I spoke with Nina and she was AMAZING! She was so kind, understanding, and professional in how she handled our conversation. She quickly remedied the situation and went above and beyond in doing so. I arrived at the store to pick up my order and again, Nina was so kind and apologetic. Savannah got my order for me and she was so quick, efficient, and kind. Savannah was so calm even though she knew the Weis2Go orders were piling up, maybe even as high as this incoming snow. Despite it being freezing outside while giving me my bags, the store being packed with pre-storm shoppers, stock being low, and an influx of online orders, Nina and Savannah did not waiver in their exceptional customer service! They deserve five stars and some hot cocoa to warm up after being outside to hand out Weis2Go orders! Thank you, Nina and Savannah, you rock!"
